Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using moLink ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users including visitors, creators, and bookers. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. moLink reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

moLink is a creator booking and profile platform that allows: • Creators to publish their services, sessions, products, and booking availability • Visitors to view creator profiles and book sessions or purchase products • Both parties to manage their scheduling, communications, and transactions moLink acts as a platform facilitator and is not a party to the agreements made between creators and their clients.

To create an account on moLink, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. moLink is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

Creators using moLink agree to: • Provide accurate descriptions of their services, sessions, and products • Honour confirmed bookings or provide adequate notice for cancellations • Comply with all applicable laws, including tax obligations on income received • Not misrepresent qualifications, credentials, or experience • Treat all clients with professionalism and respect • Comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws when collecting client data moLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate creator accounts that violate these obligations.

Booking terms: • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation email • Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each creator individually • For paid bookings, payment is processed via Stripe. moLink does not store payment card information • Refunds are subject to the creator's stated refund policy • Free bookings (including discovery calls) carry no payment obligation moLink may charge a platform fee on transactions. This fee will be disclosed at the point of checkout where applicable.

You agree not to use moLink to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation • Engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behaviour • Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform without permission • Circumvent or interfere with the Platform's security features • Use the Platform for any unlawful commercial purpose Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where appropriate.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials on moLink are the property of moLink or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Creators retain ownership of content they upload (bio, images, offer descriptions). By uploading content, you grant moLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from moLink's proprietary content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • moLink provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • moLink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to moLink in the 12 months preceding the claim Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate access to the Platform at any time: • You may delete your account via Account Settings • moLink may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these terms, illegal activity, or conduct harmful to other users • Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes by contacting legal@molink.io.
